“Embrace your weirdness” isn’t the typical mantra you hear in Corporate America. Then again, I’m not your typical Corporate America employee. I’m Julia Rhault; it’s a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for stopping by.
I’m always looking to improve, streamline, beautify, and maximize – whether that be with executives’ talk tracks, a wardrobe assessment and curation for your new role, a social media audit ahead of your next job hunt, or amplifying your business’s online presence. I make sure each client’s positioning and presentation is on point while providing an honest and supportive experience.

My professional career has spanned four industries. Starting in publishing, my final undergrad internship at USA Today lent a taste of what collaboration is all about: a beautiful end result sure to inspire, inform and delight – specifically while there: a series of niche print magazines.
Fast forward to today, I’ve since worked across various sides of the beauty and fashion industries as well as telecom: from live sales to .com sales; from creative direction on sets to creating newsletters via HTML; from writing eCommerce product descriptions to being eCommerce manager. I’ve worked across catalogs, digital, and social media content from right-sizing the message for your audience to directing selfie sessions – I’m happy to offer my end-to-end knowledge to you and your business.
I’m currently on the Corporate Communications team for a Fortune 50 company. By day, I work with various internal clients from executive leadership to product owners and call center teams, creating and executing comprehensive communication plans to inform and educate while driving core KPIs.
